For orders to other countries, we ship orders via FedEx, please check delivery time below for each region:

Avoid Water Immersion: Water hyacinth is not waterproof. Avoid submerging your bag in water. If it gets wet from rain or spills, gently blot excess moisture with a clean, absorbent cloth.
Dusting: Regularly dust your bag with a soft, clean cloth or a small vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment.
Care
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners on your bag.
Protect from Moisture: While water hyacinth is naturally resistant to some moisture, prolonged exposure to rain or excessive humidity can damage the fibers.
Shape and Storage: When not in use, stuff the bag lightly with acid-free tissue paper to maintain its shape. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Color differences: Water hyacinth is a natural material and may have slight variations in color and texture. So there maybe slight differences in color between product images and actual product.

Product questions
Though the water hyacinth is not totally waterproof and cannot be immerse into water, the bags can handles slight water contacts like water spilling or light rain. However, please remember to wipe away all water on the bag and put it in an airy place to dry after getting wet.
Our handbags are crafted from natural fibers like water hyacinth. These materials have inherent variations in color and texture, which can subtly differ from piece to piece. The fiber color also gets brighter after using in daylight for a period of time.
Stuff the bag with clothes or towel or soft items for several hours for the products to be back to its original shape
Water hyacinth is a natural fiber, and while it’s strong and durable, it can be susceptible to snags and tears. Contact with sharp objects such as keys, jewelry, or even rough surfaces can:
- Cause snags: The fibers of the bag can easily get caught on sharp edges, leading to small pulls or even larger tears.
- Create holes: Sharp objects can puncture the bag, especially if they are forcefully pressed against it.
